Terms of Service
Inner Current Care | Effective Date: June 2, 2026
Welcome to Inner Current Care (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, innercurrentcare.com (the “Site”), and the facilitation, preparation, and integration services we offer. By accessing or using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Purpose of This Website
The information on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is intended to introduce visitors to the philosophy, approach, and services of Inner Current Care, which offers licensed psilocybin facilitation, preparation, and integration support within Colorado’s regulated natural medicine framework under Colorado Revised Statutes Title 12, Article 170 (the Natural Medicine Health Act, Proposition 122).
The content of this Site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic advice. Always consult your physician, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health provider regarding any questions about your health or mental well-being.
2. Nature of Services — Facilitation Disclaimer
Inner Current Care provides licensed psilocybin facilitation services as defined and regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board. These services are distinct from psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health services.
While the facilitator holds a Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitator in Training License and a Natural Medicine Handler’s License, facilitation does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, or doctor-patient relationship. Facilitation is a wellness-oriented service focused on preparation, presence, and integration support within the bounds of Colorado’s regulated program.
Participation in any psilocybin facilitation service is entirely voluntary. Clients retain full autonomy over their choices, decisions, and outcomes. Inner Current Care does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or experience.
3. Legal Framework
Psilocybin services offered through Inner Current Care are provided exclusively within Colorado’s state-regulated natural medicine program established under Proposition 122 and Colorado SB 23-290. Services are not offered outside the state of Colorado, and services are not offered in any context that falls outside the licensed and regulated framework.
Psilocybin remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. By engaging our services, you acknowledge awareness of the current legal landscape and confirm that you are seeking services within the legal, state-regulated program only.
4. Client Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to receive psilocybin facilitation services in Colorado, consistent with state regulatory requirements. You must also:
• Be a willing and voluntary participant
• Disclose relevant health and medication history accurately during the screening and preparation process
• Not be currently subject to a mental health hold or acute psychiatric crisis
• Understand that certain health conditions or medications may affect eligibility, and that Inner Current Care reserves the right to decline services when safety cannot be appropriately supported
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use this Site.
5. Informed Consent
Prior to any facilitation session, clients will be asked to review and sign a separate Informed Consent Agreement that covers the nature of psilocybin experiences, potential risks, voluntary participation, confidentiality, scope of services, and the limits of facilitation. These Terms do not substitute for that consent process. Engagement with this Site does not constitute consent to services.
6. Scope of Support and Referrals
Inner Current Care operates within a defined scope of support. Facilitation services are not a substitute for emergency mental health intervention, crisis counseling, addiction treatment, or psychiatric care. If at any point it is determined that a client's needs fall outside the scope of facilitation services, Inner Current Care will make reasonable efforts to connect that client with appropriate providers from a trusted referral network.
