About Inner Current Care

Inner Current Care was built on a single conviction: what surrounds a psilocybin experience shapes what becomes possible within it.

Founded by Lindsay Lynch, this practice offers preparation, facilitation and integration support for adults exploring legal natural medicine services in Colorado. Every session is guided by presence, informed consent and deep respect for the pace at which each person moves.

About Lindsay

I'm Lindsay Lynch, the founder of Inner Current Care. I'm a licensed psilocybin facilitator based in Colorado, and this work is personal to me.

My own psilocybin experience in 2023 changed the direction of my life by opening up curious new pathways and freeing myself of inner turmoil and recurring depressive states. I've spent the years since studying neuroscience, training in facilitation, deepening a yoga and meditation practice, and learning how to hold that kind of space for others.

My background includes a dynamic psilocybin facilitation apprenticeship with supervised practice, a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Reiki Level 1 training, trauma-informed yoga certification, and ongoing study in neuroscience, psychedelic education and integration.

My Approach

Author Michael Pollan described psilocybin as a fresh snowfall on a hillside. Our minds are like that hill, he said, and our habitual thoughts are the grooves worn into the snow from years of the same sled taking the same runs. Psilocybin quiets those worn paths, if only briefly, and opens the possibility of carving something new.

My work is about supporting you during that window. Not steering you toward a particular destination, but helping you stay present, feel safe, and eventually make sense of what came up. I work alongside you, not as an authority over you. The focus is your own process, your own insight, and your own agency in what comes next.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities and belief systems. No particular framework required.

Who I work with: individuals, couples, and anyone navigating a significant life transition or inner “stuckness.”

When a different kind of care is the right fit, I draw on a trusted network of facilitators, therapists and wellness professionals to help make that connection.

Our Belief

Inner Current Care began with a simple belief: the support surrounding a psilocybin experience matters.

All psilocybin experiences are not created equal. What you take from one depends enormously on how you entered it, who was present and what you did with it afterward.

Inner Current Care exists to honor all three. The preparation, the journey itself, and the integration that follows each carry equal weight in this practice. My role is to help you arrive with curiosity, feel deeply supported during the experience and leave with a thread you can actually follow.
